The company is founded by K M Sebastine, B.Tech Electronic Engineer from College of Engineering Trivandrum (1987) and MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahemedabad (1992). The New Delhi operations started in Gurgaon in 1999 and the Cochin (Kalamassery) operations started in 2007.
